Cleaning 21 – Response to Covid19 outbreak

I am writing to you as a valued customer of Cleaning 21 to update you on our response to the Covid19 outbreak.

We want to reassure you that we are still operating as normal and are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our staff and customers whilst maintaining the quality cleaning service you have come to expect from us.

We have put in place the following the following additional measures when cleaning your property/premises, please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to discuss any of these and we will be happy to answer your questions.

Our team will;​

Now wear protective masks in addition to the gloves they normally wear when cleaning your property/premises.

Use additional disinfectant for cleaning surfaces.

Maintain strict handwashing protocol before entering your property and throughout their visit.

Not attend work for  14 days if they or anyone they live with has a high temperature or a continuous cough in accordance with government advice.

For our household customers, we ask that you inform us if you or your family are self-isolating and we will be happy to arrange a reschedule of services to a later date.

As a small business with a small workforce we ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel our services to allow us to plan our schedule and to minimise the impact on our staff as far as possible.

We are very proud of the business we have developed over the last 8 years and now employ 20 staff working with over 300 clients. We are hoping that Cleaning 21 will be able to continue to operate during and after the outbreak and thank you once again for your custom and we will of course update you if anything changes.
